Thistledown Homeowners Association is the community forum that manages the subdivision in compliance with the covenants. Common areas with walking paths, arbor and pond, and with protected habitats for wildlife, are the property of this nonprofit corporation. Annual Fees will be posted in January each year for payment the first of each quarter or once annually for a discount.
